BAD experience with CELGA when ordering 10th anniversary goods
I am so pissed while i'm writing this. i am certainly boycotting CELGA AFTER i receive my goods. THis is the first time and last time i'm using their service! :irked
It all started when i emailed them asking about how much they charge: (i put it under spoiler so it wouldn't be so long) Spoiler:
after this, i just continue to update them when i have made the payment for the goods. no reply. then after i filled in the shipping form. and they reply me this: Spoiler:
then today i sent them another email. Cos i'm also helping someone else here to order the goods and she's getting anxious too! Quote:

try cresent shop :D they are easy and cheap... i guess... <3 their auction system :D ~_~ not to mention comission is only 4000yen for orders under 20,000 |
I understand your frustration and agree with you. I don't think you were being difficult or rude, it's probably them that misread and there was a misunderstanding. You have all the rights to not use their services from then on, but at this point, all you can do is wait for your things to arrive.
I use Crescent Shop and my things haven't arrived yet either, so I think pretty much everyone is still waiting for their order to arrive. I've never bought anything from mu-mo before, so I don't know if being slow like this is common or not. But there are many people buying the AT08 goods, so I'd guess they are very busy at the moment. |
I recommend Japan Auction Agency next time...very friendly and you have a look on the status of all your items and cost (exept for shipping) in the moment you order....

^no JAA is better...it has the same features, they answer directly in their next business hours (there is a table where you can see when they are in), they are cheap, they are fast, they are friendly and they store ya stuff up for one month and send it as a bundle...

going though a middleman & all is so troublesome , it's best to know people who're living in Japan & that they can help you without much hassle

There's no point starting a debate on which middle-man is better than the other. Especially if you haven't tried any other ones than the one you currently are using.
