The 'Who's online' function doesn't work??
 

Whenever i press it, it says that the adminstrator has disabled it??? What's wrong? Are the admins and mods sorting something out??:confused

Until the end of the month, this feature has been disabled.

I'm not sure if the staff wants to make the reason for the feature being disabled know to everyone, so I'll wait to see what they have to say about it :)

It has been disabled to conserve bandwith. Hopefully next month we'll be able to open it again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

And email notifications is off as well.

So there are two things off at the moment, Who's Online and email notifications to conserve bandwidth.

Should definately be up beginning of next month though.

If you wanted it disabled for just you, the staff would have to make a new usergroup with that option disabled.

Userrgroups are essentially things like the initiate usergroup, the admin usergroup, etc. With VBulletin, you can set certain properties for each usergroup (as in... what they can and can't do) thru the admin cp.

And about disabling Who's Online, here's a part of the settings from VBulletin 3:
