Tremendous flop at sight. Poor BoA, she trained like a monkey to be the next Britney Spears since she debuted on Korea.

It's kinda sad to see how Asian market just can't get over USA... Seeing how Rain failed a masssive, heavily-promoted, make-him-a-US-star tour becouse some absurd 'money not paid on time' problem, she too can trip just anywhere on the way.

I also think it's quite unprofessional of them to brag about how she's gonna be 'taking over America' before she's even done anything there. It's only gonna make any eventual failure look bigger.

USA just seems Asian-proof to me. Good luck, nevertheless.

LOL she can't even get a hit in Japan, how is she suppose to get one in the US?

She was actually almost as big in Japan as she was in Korea but I seriously doubt that kind of success in the US

uhm, coco lee tried it. utada tried it. they both did horrible here in the US, and these are really good artists. and now BoA, who only has good dance moves, no one will give much a darn for this nasal voice. go back to asia where you belong, BoA. the hair on my back is already rising. BoA in the US? that's cheesy.

Actually she had many hits while she was in her peak, the last one was, sadly, Winter Love. Even though she might flop, she has nothing to lose atm, as her popularity in Japan has pretty much declined the last 2 years. This is just SM's way to try to milk some more money with the same cow. I would still like BoA to make this a success and prove others wrong, I am just hoping she won't be as dumb as Hikki and let people like Timbalend produce her songs, nor pretty much hang around rappers.

I agree. Used to be a fan but now I have no interest in her and I can't see her doing that well.
