2002 CALENDAR ADDENDUM

well, i know, this is quite odd, considering we are almost in 2009 BUT i wanted to share a couple of pics that caught my attention.

they are from the same photoshot for 2002 calendar cover

for those who want to know

some making off here:
page 8 vol_03 in http://aempwing.ayudynasty.com/tamag.html

btw, i think it would be a good idea to create a thread for ayu's calendars...

kilia22 2nd November 2008 03:01 PM

It's a good idea , all scans should be in HQ =)

Rebirthia 2nd November 2008 04:13 PM

well, that's the problem. the first calendars are not scanned at all, we have only pics of them, in some cases with more or less good quality like in 00 & 01

pommy48 2nd November 2008 05:44 PM

exactly!!!
i love that pic of ayu...so..polka dottie and punk!

Delirium-Zer0 2nd November 2008 08:37 PM

That was the poster that came with the calendar back in the day ^^ I remember that. I forget if it was a first-press thing or if it was only for TA members though o_O

Wow, that's not her 2001 calendar at all! That seller is flat-out lying saying that it's the official japanese one.

Wow.

exactly!

and besides, there'snot a single pic where she looks at the camera...

about the poster... yeah, it may be, since we have had a similar thing with 2009 calendar.... team ayu started back in 2001 or earlier?

Delirium-Zer0 5th November 2008 08:30 PM

The fanclub started in late 1999 with the BBS and downloads and stuff... the magazine started in early 2001. But yeah, TeamAyu was certainly doing members-only giveaways by the time the 2002 calendar came out. :)

pommy48 9th November 2008 05:34 AM

That version may be a tour good, but I'm not sure about it. :/

Delirium-Zer0 9th November 2008 10:58 PM

It's not, the "monochrome" fansite has complete lists with small pictures of everything sold at ayu's tours, and that calendar is not included.

As a general rule, if you see any photobooks or calendars made up of concert photos, it's not an officially licensed product. (The Dome Tour 2001 book is the only exception so far.)

pommy: yes, that's the cover of her '01 calendar. ^^

pommy48 9th November 2008 11:02 PM

ah ok~ now i can rest in peace knowing that is the official 2001 calendar XD

LacusClyne 10th November 2008 04:02 AM

but no one have the exact pictures in the 2001 calender?

Delirium-Zer0 10th November 2008 05:23 AM

I have them, but... hm. Like, I have photos of the entire pages, but scans of only part of the photo.

But I'll have a thread up in a few minutes with reference thumbnails of all ayu's calendars, so people know what photos come from where & what exactly the official calendars look like.
