It's the first time I hear how Days sounds (I'm waiting for the full song to leak :P ) The melody is fine and the PV seems better than GREEN, Ayu is looking more natural.

Days sounds like she took Kumi's yearly winter ballad theme and stuck it to her music videos.

in fact it's more when she's going down the stairs (the second time before seeing GREEN PV) and that she smiles that really reminded me of Kuu winter PVs.
but anyways~ the PV looks really really pretty !
