Yes, it is an official channel. They've been releasing documentary videos about Maki Goto to chronicle her debut with Avex - it seems they are going to give her a big push this year.

yes, I have take care of that a few days ago looking for DAI videos.
the avex channel got the best DAI PVs (imo) of all their carrer.
