MEG is a model/fashion designer and, more recently, singer. She debuted in 2001 with the indies single "kasa to shizuku." In mid-2007 Yasutaka Nakata began producing her music and she released her 9th indies single, "amai zeitaku," which hit no. 2 on the Japanese electric charts. She made her major label debut on October 3rd, her 27th birthday, with the single "OK." It peaked at 43 on Oricon and has sold nearly 6k since.
She released her first major label album, "BEAM," on December 5th, 2007. Then she released her second major label album, "STEP" on June 18th, 2008. Her upcoming studio album "BEAUTIFUL" will be fully produced by capsule's Nakata Yasutaka. Yeah from the previews, I feel like this is gonna be a step down from "STEP", but still going to be better than that horrid vocal of "BEAM"
