Yeah perhaps on iTunes Japan, dwanjo, Musico, mu-mo and other digital stores websites.
RIAJ only count chaku-uta and chaku-uta full. =D

That is a very strange list because there are tons of songs missing and some of the songs in there are randomly listed from 2004, 2006 etc etc.

^Probably took them this long to get to a particular certification...

Well since RIAJ counts mu-mo, music.jp, mora.jp, dwango and reco-choku into their weeklies, they probably count them in the certifications as well... Chaku-Uta isn't just one particular company...
