PV mistakes
 

So, after seeing the photoshop goofs thread...
Have you ever spotted mistakes of any kind in a PV? I remember two of ayu PVs...

1. Days:

In the beginning of the video, Ayu walks towards Shu-ya and their friends leave them to be alone, but later in the juwelry scene, their friends are with them again but act like they are strangers(should have taken other actors, they had enough for that PV!)

2. Game

The guy playing the Bass for all the song suddenly plays the guitar solo in the middle and the Bass again afterwards xD

Koda Kumi's Shake It - In the scenes where Kuu is "enticing" the guy sitting in the chair, she's wearing really tall high heels, but in all the other scenes she's barefoot. I understand it'd be hard to dance in those heels, but they should have just left them out!!!

the sunrise + the sunset pvs.. they were filmed which was a big mistake

or does that not count here?

I never pay enough attention to notice any goofs in PVs. Movies and pictures I can find a bunch of stuff, but not PVs for some reason, hah. It'll be interesting to see what people pick up.

in BoA's IDIFL MV, there is a scene where she's looking down for a couple of seconds and they use that same scene twice, except the first time it's the retouched version of that scene and the second time it isn't.

In Kuu's BUT PV when she comes out of the lift/elevator she flips her hair back but in the next scene her hair is not flipped back but then again it is.

In alan's Swear PV, when the three alan's meet again at the fountain the last alan (the one with pony tail) had her ponytail long in her front shoulders, while the passing by one had her ponytail completely on her back.

^ didn't notice that! I only noticed that the doubles are holding the apples differently xD

In Sunset, when she's building up for the big final chorus of the song, she says "shinji saseteEeEeE~" but she closes her mouth and puts her head down before the voice stops xD so it looks pretty obvious that she is not singing

something similar happens in alan's RED CLIFF pv but a bit less obvious :P

^ I noticed it in RED CLIFF actually^^ Theres this really long note she stops earlier, but hnot in Sunset...might be because I only watched Sunset once but RED CLIFF like...50 times xD

oh well xD is not like anyone is really singing in their pvs :lech




EDIT: other thing, the miss-spelling and bad use of English in nearly all of the Japanese videoclips scares me xD

^ I actually plan a "language fails in music" thread as well...might add "...and videos" xD

BoA - Eat You Up.

Goof #1 - After the first dance scene on the streets, I think Misha (guy in red jacket) stumbles as he's walking off, but he falls back on the rails to make it look like he didn't. Although that might have been planned.

Goof #2 - As BoA and her crew walk down the hallway to the dance audtions, the crew members and their positions change throughout the scene. Also, BoA's sleeves are rolled up, while in the close up of her, her sleeves are rolled down.

Goof #3 - In the hall where BoA's big dance scene takes place, the people watching in the door way changes radically, from a big group, to no people, to a group of ~3 new people, back to the same big group from before.

Goof #4 - The windows supposedly explode due to BoA's fiery dance, but they are in place right after we see them explode.

Goof #5 - The guys glasses explode, but you can clearly see the lenses in his glasses afterwards.

Goof #6 - The guys glass of water explodes, but you can clearly see the glass afterwards.

I think that's all. :P

in BLUE BIRD PV, I think there's a part where you can see all the reflections of the cameramen and the filming crew LOL

I just had a look, the guy in red looks more like he's doing a dance move than covering a stumble, his steps looked quite stable. (I might be watching the wrong part though)

Also, the windows are shown broken afterward, but it seems like the damage is less extensive than what the explosion shows. :P

Yeah, maybe. It didn't look very professional either way. :P

Oh and, I'm sure I saw the windows completely back in place afterwards, maybe not right afterwards, although I did write that up based on memory.

Glitter PV
When the lights falling on Ayu, and her Bodygard run to her.
In the beginning, she wears earrings, but when she go to the other stuff-members, her earrings are gone.

Mariah Carey - I Stay in Love
you can still see the silhouette of a normally unbroken car, after it exploded and the car is on fire o_O

wow you guys are so observant!

I never would be able to spot any goofs in PV's. You guys ARE good. :P
