MNet Asian Music Award 2009
 

I just watched it at Channel V just now. I love all the performances. I really satisfied to the winning of 2NE1 and 2PM. They're truly the best!

I thought if the award is for Asia, it must have all the Asian artists. But, where's other Asian artists? Only Korean, a few Japanese and a few Chinese. I'm a bit sad about that.

Isnt that Mnet basicly for Korean artists right. no wonder if just few artists outside of Korean artists

What she was saying though, was the it's called the "Asian Music Awards", yet they were almost all Korean.

Yeah, we understand it's a Korean show, but still, couldn't it have been called the "Korean Music Awards" if they were only going to really pay attention to an absolutely tiny part of Asia?

IM SO HAPPY THAT 2PM WON!!!!!!!! 2 AWARDS! :thud im also happy for the others but especially for 2pm since they have been through a really bad time the last few moths :( so woohoo!!

im sad 4minute didnt win anything, but it was kinda expected ._____.
and why wasnt davichi there?? there mini album was really succesfull!!
and dont the koreans want their techno-queen on the awardshow?? so sad, hyony would have totally rocked the show D:

and yeah, they should call it Korean Awards since there are only korean artists on that show =/

Oh yeah, not all Korean artists are there. It's like very few Korean artists attended there.

I don't wish to get reminded of the show... the part with DBSK was just heartbreaking...

yeah, 2ne1 = the best out of all girl groups :yes

i think it should just go back to be called the Mnet awards..

I'm glad 2NE1 won. But... why was CL wearing a dead cat around her shoulders? :shakehead it was a big no no.

I'm so happy for 2PM!! After all the things they've been through this year, the won 2 awards!!!
And Ivy perfomance was just... @_@ Most awesome perfomance of the night!!

but well.. the DBSK thing was just so sad :( Even if they won...

Well, SM did boycott the whole show. Mnet invited DBSK though, cause they should get an award and 3 members of DBSK attend the show.
Those members are those who want to make individual activities outside of the contract with SM and are also allowed to due to an court's decision.
SM is mad about it now, cause those 3 members of DBSK weren't allowed to come to the show officially.
That's the really, really short version of this serious case, it's not confirmed how this'll end. :shrug

also is that the 3 of them were literally so... sad in the speech. JaeJung was like on the brink of BREAKING DOWN, especially when he said, "to my two friends, I love you"... :weep

And no bodyguards or staff from SM; they just came with themselves, and left by themselves... it's really pathetic and depressing :(
