Question about 'grow into one'
 

Is 'grow into one' supposed to be a QUIET album? Cos my 128kbps copy of 'feel my mind' is louder than my 192kbps copy of 'grow into one'. So is 'grow into one' a purposefully quiet album?

I've been wondering this, too... This is only one of three Kuu albums I don't have a physical copy of yet, so it's been bugging me.... Like, I listen to One night romance a lot, and I hate how I have to turn the volume way up when it comes on. >_>

I have got it on on full volume on iPod and it's so quiet...

i have grow into one in 320 kbps and its always sounded completely normal to me. :shrug

I'm sure it's just the quality of the files you have...

I haven't heard this album in so long, hmm... seeing this thread makes me want to listen to it again.

Me too. I have the album but I don't remember having any problems with the sound

Seems like your copy was just not a cleanly encoded 192.

Some programs are better at encoding than others, and certain settings, etc for encoding down into lossy formats the cleanest ways.

And just the heads up, it's pretty common sometimes for 128 rips to be loud...People make them louder to try to...divert from the crappy quality I guess, I dont know. It usually just makes it worse.

@emiko: Yeah. Probably unclean rip (i sounded really dumb). I downloaded it in 320, and all problems resolved now :)

I also have a pretty quiet grow into one but I'm so used to all the quietness of the album that I just don't even care. I have also realized that on my copy of grow into one "Pearl Moon" is playing much louder than the other songs. :D I don't know why but maybe the uploader had to download the song separately because it wasn't working. This happened to me with m.a.z.e. I had to download BEST ~first things~ and copy the song from the best of file to grow into one's. :D
