okay I just tried translating this but it gets a bit difficult so never mind, don't wanna give a too unacurate translation, let's wait for someone else! ;)

I tried Excite's translation. It was a little bit better than the Google translation, but basically, she's talking about how tired she gets everyday but she's still thinking a lot (whether she's just thinking or thinking about what to say on TA, I can't tell). From the translation, there's nothing about any kind of announcement, so... *shrugs*
