Theme: Share the Moment


The national finals around Europe has wrapped up and the 2010 contest is taking shape.

After Alexander Rybak's victory in Moscow last year, this year's contest will take place in the Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway!

39 countries will take part in the contest this year, with Georgia returning and Andorra, Czech Republic, Hungary and Montenegro withdrawing.

The voting system is the same as last year, with 50 percent televoting and 50 percent jury, only this year it will apply to the semi finals too, not just the final.

This year my country don't have any chance to win. I think our band can't pass even in first 10

Hmmm... Looking forward to it, but in my country people don't care about it. We choose the best song from national contest, though.

Spain's entry this year is weird xD

I like the background music, tho the singer is horrible (his persona I mean, I just can't stand him, nor his curls D: ), and the lyrics ridiculous... but well xD

It's funny, but we have a really strong artist and song this year. :laugh
For the first time ever I have high hopes that Germany is able to contend with the rest.
So I'm looking forward to it more than the last years!
It's just a pity that the song is in english not german.

tonight it's the final for sweden... and I hope Eric Saade wins... I really like his 'MANBOY'

I know I say this every year, but this year.. man. There is practically NO good songs. I can probably count on one hand the amount I can bare listen to. The rest is just plain crappy. So if a country sends a mediocre song this year, they'll have a good shot at winning. I think if Sweden sends either of those 3 they have a great shot, otherwise my fav is currently Denmark and that's not cause I'm from there. I usually hate our entries.

My country, Finland's entry is beyond ridiculous. It makes me ashamed of my own country! :D

As always I want some country that has never won to win.

Looking forward to the Eurovision finals... Last year one of the dancer for Alexander Rybak sent one of his shoe flying across the stage during the performance. Did anyone notice? This year the Asian-Pacific version of Eurovision will also be launched! =)

this is so cool that you guys do this~ I should pay attention again...I havent really since a few years ago.

I wish the US could do something like this...but...yeah...lol It would be cool to have this huge contest with this huge conglomerate of countries and languages in it.

All countries have now picked their songs, though Ukraine is currently a mess since they had to give up their song due to plagiarism and now have a week to fix it.



Anyway, the official music videos are starting to pop up from the different countries.
