Do you think Microphone's Intro SAMPLES a classical music/score?

guys, don't you think Microphone samples a classical music/score?? It's not copying, it's sampling and it's legal (if they give some credits in the booklet)~~

like Gaga's Bad Romance PV, they sampled Bach's musical score -I don't remember what it is actually- but yeah..

the Microphone intro is AWESOME too~ and I will be more surprised if it's the original composition from one of Ayu's composers~~ o.O

yeah...

if they add some synthesizer too~~

then it will be a perfection

and yeah, I remember the Bach's in Gaga's Bad Romance PV! it's B minor from Book 1 of the Well-Tempered Clavier :)
