Variery TV tarento MAI OH SHIMA got signed to Avex Trax and is planning to launch her solo carreer next month.

It's a known fact that Oshima is a fan of Koda Kumi
“I thought I would be frightened at first, but now I feel so happy that I’m in the same company as my idol” Oshima said.

Her 1st single Mendokusai Aijou (Troublesome Love) is being released on 3 editions on May 24th, 2010.

Yup, she left the group about a year ago. She was one of the 20 girls to pass the very first AKB48 auditon.

Omg it's the Second Coming!! I think the style is similar to Ai's older work actually...

She's very, very cute. The music I don't like though, haha.

Song is a little messy in its arrangement...but it's great that she loves kuu, and she seems really upbeat and fun!

The song is really fun too, and her vocals are kinda interesting...and I like all of the different parts that make up the song. Not as generic as it could have been, and I like that there's an interesting range of instrument tracks...even if they do get lost in the arrangement...might be cause it's all LQ as well though.

I'll keep a look out for her.
