I vote for Namie Amuro because she is 29 years old and she looks and has the body of a 16 year old XD I would also vote for Mika Nakashima she is one of the most beautiful singers I've ever seen. And I'd vote for Hitomi Shimatani too, if you don't agree with me just look at me set! lol
