Your best bet is NOT to get tickets the official way, especially for something that sells out quick and it's not the presale. For ayumi, if you want even a remotely good seat, surf Yahoo!Japan Auctions or ticket.co.jp. I bought a ticket using Ticket Pia once, where you just print out the reciept and pay at the register in FamilyMart, but you should probably use a deputy service to buy the ticket from auction and ship it to you.
