The only thing people tend to complain about with yesasia is stuff getting stuck in customs (which rarely happens, and at random - not YA's fault), and their stuff arriving with cracks in the jewel case and such. Just ask in the comments for extra bubble wrap and that should protect it okay.

The only time I ever got stuck in customs was when I ordered AT06 from CDJapan. Never happened with YA.

The only time a CD arrived with a crack for me was from YesAsia, it happened with 1 CD out of the like 30-40 I've gotten from there. What I did was the following:
1: Emailed them describing the damage, like explained in their customer support.
2: I got a reply that I should ship the CD back to them, and if they could confirm that the damage was the same as described I would get the following:
-A new item of the kind I sent in, in this case Ayumi's single
Vogue.
-The shipping cost repaid, as long as it was sent by normal air mail (which in Sweden is the standard way of shipping anything overseas), it cost me $7 which I was refunded. If I remember correctly maybe those $7 was put in my YA account as YA Credit, which means I would get a $7 discount on any item I decide to buy in the future.
I lost nothing on it, except for the fact that it took me another 15 days before I saw my
Vogue CD. I also learned that in the "Message" window for my order I will always put "please make sure to wrap the items in extra bubble wrapping because I've had trouble with broken jewel cases in the past" etc. etc. And they often did.
