About when to arrive. Well, I'll probably make it a day to visit Yokohama as well, and then maybe want to arrive there about 2-3 hours before the concert :p

2 or 3 hours before, it is quite short. After the flight you may need rest. If you don't have full energy, you won't be able to enjoy 100% the concert !
