I met The Prime Minister of Japan, Koizumi in Nara in 2005 :p I was walking out of a metro station when I saw a huge crowd of people giving a standing ovation and then about six bodyguards and Koizumi's grey mop of hair
He was waving and people were smiling, in my country we only throw eggs at politicians so that was kinda cultural shock for me :p Maybe you wouldn't call him a celebrity but I like that guy and it was a huge coincidence that I had such unexpectable possibility to see him live

I haven't really met any celebs... I was on a promo event of Tomb Raider Legend and saw Karima Adebibe and had a group photo taken with her... that's all...

Not to mention some Eidos crew that were constantly borrowing tissues from me the day before.
