They do, because each infraction is related to a certain break of rule, not some non-offensive negative opinion. Why they go random when it's actually pretty easy to be aware whether you're breaking a rule or not, I don't know. I'd guess they just wanna be sarcastic because they can't accept the fact some people have indeeed received infractions. The fact quite a few initiates have received infractions isn't really our fault that they have broken forum rules. Or do you really go random and freaking out when you see someone getting punished for breaking the rules of a school or, stretching it to a worse extent, when you see someone being judged for disrespecting a law? discipline exists for a reason
