yes I love the staffs, dancers, band members, etc devotion to making the concert perfect. Thats one of the reasons why I love ayus concerts...its the whole team work thing...the connection between her and her staff...it may be a concert for ayu but it feels like its not just only her...as she give others opportunity to shine....giving the dancers solo dances, band members solo performances, letting all the backstage crew up on the stage to run around and have fun...I love it when she introduces the band members and dancers....especially showing the band member faces on the screen with their names. The dancers also give it their all...sometimes I see them sing along too while dancing and they all seem so happy and in to it. Theyre like a huge family and I really like that. I really like seeing such team work from a concert. Very enjoyable.
