I just saw Arena Tour 2002 for the first time yesterday, and honestly, I didn't like it very much. I thought the CDL 06-07 renditions of the performances were actually much better. Maybe it was because I saw those first? Or maybe just the production values are higher now and the stage has a better set-up. Anyway, I thought BEST of CDL did a very good job of taking the older performances and doing something similar, but with a twist. I especially liked the newer performances of NEVER EVER and A Song for XX, I thought they were a HUGE improvement over the originals, both in terms of staging/costumes/choreography and Ayu's vocals.
