@catcher_inthelight, the newer the Ayu song is the more posts you need. Since Catcher In The Light is a pretty new song you will need tons of posts in order to achieve it (I believe there's no harm in saying you need over 6000 posts for it).
You start out as a poker face Initiate and currently the last title is part of Me, since it's the newest song.
Two ways to get the Initiate title that you prefer? There is only two ways, the first one is to post until you reach it and the second one is to become a staff member and pick the song title you want. As a staff member you won't be an Initiate, though.
