The less direct way could have helped I guess but it's not like he's criticizing her for lip synching. He said there's nothing wrong about it, it's just people's perceptions that think lip synching = bad singer.

Jacky Cheung is his idol. But the title is kind of common/generic though (common/generic like "Yume no Uta" for example).
