Bootleg! (any bootlegs found, please post here to share!)
I found a bootleg - it's a "BEST OF COUNTDOWN LIVE 2006-2007" DVD; see below. Definitely, not this cover. Also says "region free", so definitely a bootleg.

Any comments?
