This is not some political ideology or some poem open for interpretation. It's a fact - either she was lipsyching or she wasn't. And Ayumi was not lipsynching. If he doesn't believe it then he's simply ignorant and maybe he should learn more about singing since he's a singer himself. This is like how some people deny facts proven scientifically and claim it's an opinion when they're just being plain ignorant.
And yes you've been going in circles since obviously the fact of lipsynching of not is not a matter or opinion.
