Of course A Best sold more than Secret, it is a Best album after all. But by Best album standards as well as with how much promotion it got, people expected higher sales. And the single and origina album sales since B&D have not been stellar by Ayu standards - several other female artists have outsold her, which until recently was not the case.

I don't see how if someone complains about a song it is considered whining though.
That's like saying that every time someone overly praises a song that they should be called "blind followers." I don't think people would like that either.

Like I've said, I actually LIKE the songs - they just aren't my favorite and I don't expect anything big to come of this single. My main issue here has always been that only positive opinions are accepted and only the negative ones need to be defended.(I remember having this same discussion when Blue Bird was released.^_^) To me, those that can see weaknesses in Ayu's music aren't any less fans than the next person. I'd rather see a debate than a thread full of nothing but praise that think Ayu couldn't do any wrong or any better than what she is currently doing.

Yeah, she has too many songs with that structure, but there are ways of masking it so that it doesn't seem like they are all that way - but for some reason it stands out like a sore thumb in her summer songs for me.
