They have totally two different styles of dancing.
Namie's dances are more,...soft and laid-back. She don't pull a lot of breath-spending moves but she still manages to make her dances look catchy (like SO CRAZY, CSCEIS, & Put 'Em Up dances, just to name a few). Thus, she manages to sing and dance at the same time and afaik, rarely use backing track.
This is opposed to Kumi. She dances with lots of energy, gave it a lot of variations, jumping and all. Unfortunately, due to this, she uses backing track a lot when dancing.
As I appreciate performer who can dance and sing at the same time, I'd go with Namie Amuro.
