same as you, i always cry and feel so sad when i listening to Who..., but at the same time i feel so peaceful, it just the BEST ballad song EVER!
And yep, i always cry when i saw ayu started to cry in the end of her concert (watch the DVDs), that was the most chilling moment for me ~.~
Besides that, other ayu song that makes me sad:
HANABI - the most sad song i have ever heard, not mentioning when ayu sung it live, her expression on this song was so.................
HEAVEN - i can't explain it, u just know it when u feel sad
