Good grief. She's certainly not FAT! The dress does make her tummy a little more pronounced, but that could be due to lots of things: eating, womanly time of month funness... Or maybe it's just the way the dress is? Whatever it is, she doesn't look fat. And obviously she's performing "glitter!" That dress does look like the red one she wore in her (miss)understood concert.
