Nagase Tomoya is a rather nice person from the many clips and TV appearances i've seen him in. he's very funny!
he's also very well-respected around the celebrity / Johnny's Jimusho community, so i wouldn't be surprised if other people would comment more harshly on Ayu more than him.
don't take it to heart. she's simply expressing her opinion. but, i do agree with the fact that Ayu's almost nearing 30 and that it would be very hard to find someone because in Japan it's quite rare to see a woman her age without some sort of love interest.
