Um, ayu had CMs featuring new songs right after the release of a single/album, hadn't see? Wasn't "forgiveness" featured in a dorama around/shortly after the release of "&"? So a new song isn't all too unlikely. It could also be an already released track or remix though. (I mean, no one probably expected a "Ladies Night" remix to be featured in a Panasonic CM.)
