If Ayu didn't have any "disgusting" pictures, then she wouldn't be human at all But I wouldn't call any of these pictures "disgusting".

That said, I would never use the word "disgusting" when describing a picture of someone not looking their best. "Unflattering" would be a better word. "Disgusting" is a word cruel people would use, in my opinion.
