hopefully ayu will get the picture that 4-song-singles lower her sales and she'll "have" to add more songs to get more sales..  i sure would love to have the 10 song singles back. even if avex's trying to get rid of her..it would make all her fans just a little less happy with her releases..

The fault is not Ayu's. It is not Ayu who makes her remixes so that part doesn't depend on her. Due to Ayu's enormous success with 10-track singles, avex exagerated on trying to rise new artists to the top by mass producing remixes albums and singles. At it's peak avex was turbinated with zillion releases which was probably a mistake of the company, making it lose A LOT of money. A lot of avex artists dropped down to a very low patamar and you can hardly ever hear about their releases anymore (i.e dream and H/\L). Then avex shortened on the remixes and tried selling Free&Easy by a lower price with LESS remixes. The salings were as high as any 10 track singles, so that's why avex has been doing that now.
