Haha I didn't like NEVER EVER's composition (lyrics are good though) or Humming's...Free & Easy and Will are some of her best (even though she had help on composition).

I am making obvious speculation, and offering that, if Ayu at least follows her own standards (rather than the industry’s), decision is likely to be a pure B-side based solely on the fact that does not appear to be getting the same treatment as Will (as an album-appearing B-side) did previously. It’s only logical.
I think Ayu's goal for including the "Will" instrumental was that she co-composed it herself and wanted people to notice it more than traditional b-sides. She might have noticed that her vibrato/vocals in general on that track are quite solid and thus wanted to put it on an album to showcase her progress.

The way I see it (guessing only), if Ayu had a hand in "decision"'s composition, it may be likely that THAT instrumental might be included too on the next single as well as the song itself being on the next album. In that sense, yes, I agree with you. Ayu DOES disregard the industry's usual a-side/b-side regulations since she sets her own standards for including songs on albums/putting their instrumentals on singles. However, regarding your thought that "decision" will remain a 'pure b-side'.... Ayu might make a last-minute choice to change the way "decision" is included in the upcoming single/album. She switched "Secret" from a mini to a full-length album on us last year. Unless a FULL tracklisting (including all three missing songs)/credits are available now, it's in my opinion that the "only logical" thing to do is not to classify anything as purely this or that yet. Already we've seen that the DVD will contain a video clip for "decision", which would be considered a-side status.

Ah, who knows. We'll find out when we find out.
