I think the reason she doesn't look as polished as she usually does is that she's still getting used to the haircut. You need to have a cut for a while before you get used to styling it...and look at how sweaty she is, yo! Of course it's not going to look THAT attractive if she's flailing about, sweating up a storm. It's her first live with that kind of hair so I'm pretty sure she/her stylists will see these pics, go "O_O" as well, and figure something out...

I think it'd look adorable with a headband or something. In the Team Ayu pics posted earlier it looks quite elegant. I admit it doesn't really go with the black 1LOVE outfit (which best fits with the cut she had in the video; something with volume) but shorts and T-shirt wise, it's fine.
