Can't make pictures of the mpg file itself, because VDub can't open it for some reason. I'll find out a way if nobody can help me without pictures.
I downloaded this 100+MB file from WinMX thinking it was the music video, but it turned out to be a live performance of the Forgiveness song, only I got no clue from where.
It's not the CD tv performance of which you can see pictures here:

Because the background of the stage looks completely different.
It's not the AX music tv performance shown on that page either. I downloaded the file to make sure, because it looks simmilar, but it's not the same.
The performance lasts 3:31 minutes.
The credits which you always get at the beginning of the song, are in a blue box (for example: if you look at the preview pictures of the AX music tv performance on that site, you'll see a red box with the credits in the 1st picture)
It's before a big crowd (in a studio?) and Ayumi is wearing a black dress.
The stage itself has 'dominos' all over it: in the background, on the floor, on the sides.
Somebody got any clue?
I've tried looking on Ayutv to see if they got pics of this performance, but they only have preview pics of 1 Forgiveness live performance, and it's not this one.
