HMV dont give out free shipping BUT!

*They always have constant discounts, and items get discounted again when you go to the checkout, sometimes the +DVD version of singles are about the same as the OS editions with the discounts
*They only have express shipping but it its VERY VERY cheap
*They have a VERY good points system
*IF you get 50 points you get 1000Y off your next order
*100 points you get 2500Y off your next order
*if your item is damaged in any way, they will sort out your problem the most reasonable way.
* they always have double points sales so its easy to get 50 points and so on
*you can use the points whenever you want
*they have an associate program


*only except Credit Card from international customers
*they only process your orders during trading hours, not on weekends and public holidays in japan
*same goes with customer service
*very RARELY carry other editions except for the odd china edition or US edition of J-pop
*if your order has heavy objects, and is way above their estimate weight, HMV will contact you before its in transit and ask you if its okay to raise the shipping.
