But remember, this blog was not written in English. English rules and grammatical hints don't matter.

In the original Japanese text, Ayu doesn't pluralize her pronoun for the composer (as pluralization isn't common, let alone necessary, in the language). It could be 1 person, it could be 2 people, it could be every composer she's every worked with united into a composition super-group for all we know.

The only hints she gives us are in her use of respectful, humble, and beautified language when talking about this composer. She refers to him/her/them as お方 (instead of just 方 or the most ordinary 人), and she uses the verbs 頂く (instead of もらう) and 下さる (instead of くれる). This tells us that the person is probably someone Ayu views as relatively superior to herself, rather than a junior, a total peer, or an extreme superior. Unless of course, she is being facetious, in which case even these clues are moot.

So really, we have no idea, whatsoever, as to who this mystery composer is.
