Agreed. I thought so from the start. And in my opinion it's intended and not just a grammatical mistake. An intended grammatical mistake so to speak. I guess that's maybe why "WOMEN" is written in all caps, to put emphasis on the fact that it's about women in general and not only about one woman - namely ayu.
And maybe it's "my" because, um... it's about women how ayu sees them? Or maybe it's because every woman has several sides to herself?
