It's not a company. Just a title. It's still Avex paying people to make remixes for Ayu. They just came up with a new title.
I think Avex wanted to add some flare to the regular ayu-mi-x, ayu-ro mix, and cyber trance titles so they decided to add "RMX Works" onto these three remix albums.
