A very touching lyrics. Based on wikipedia this song is dedicated to Natsuki.

She even cried when singing this song in her COUNTDOWN concert.
I think she really sad of that. This song really touched me as my father also just passed away last 2 month. In some of the lyrics really just like what i felt.
