Mika Noguchi is Ayu's close friend.. she's the president of a lingerie company called Peach John.
EDIT: And about the "plane ticket." I googled Kidzania Tokyo and got this website

I wonder if Mika has a child and Ayu gave Mika the ticket so she could take her child there? O.o
