I can't agree more. Of the 5 ayu-mi-x albums, the fifth was the best, yet it's hugely neglected. The remixes were so much more innovative, say Huge's Free & Easy remix, Ram Rider's Real me remix, and especially the Close to you remix, both HANABI remixes, and the Voyage remix as the last track (done by 83Key or sth like that).
They may not be done by famous remixers, but at least these 'amateurs' were striving for something original, not just the typical house remix. The result is that they're less suitable for dancing to in discoes, but as pure music, they are very inspiring and enjoyable.
