^sure thing! I've been a bit distracted lately...
but anyway, here's your hints! i'll be a bit obvious in some, because as I said, my ipod is full of random stuff.
and very good job lala! nice to see someone here who listens to disturbed and WT
1. I'll give you the original two lines and the next two (and a bit) lines: "do you believe in heaven above, do you believe in love? Don't tell a lie, don't be false and untrue, it all comes back to you..."
and after checking wikipedia, it's actually a cover of an Australian dance song released in the 1980's (but which i've heard dance remixes of).
This band is from Norway (but i'll accept the original band/group)
2. another female fronted metal/rock band. Somewhat comparable to Nightwish, Within Temptation etc. From their latest album (2006).
3. i'm kind of suprised no fans of this female pop singer have spotted this earlier. A lady of many (album-inspired) personalities.
6. Female Belgian singer. This song was in the 06 Eurovision, placing just outside the top 10, title is in the language of love
7. This is an old rock song. Supernatural fans may recognise it from an episode in the second season (where the brothers get involved in a bank heist). As this is an old song/band i'll give you the album that this song came from: "Pieces of Eight" (it's one of their more popular songs)
8. Aussie pop singer, was on an Aussie soap show. This was the first track from her debut solo album. (She has a fan thread on AHS somewhere too)
happy guessing!
