I talk mostly about her droopy eyes. Her eyebrows weren't that noticable until the wind swept the hair away from her face. I'm sorry but if you're in a music industry the first thing that people see is your looks, superficial as that is, but if you don't have good looks or attempt to look nice you aren't going to have much sales, despite your singing skills.
