The first one that pops to mind is kiss o'kill. I've been a little obsessed with it as of late, lol, and I honestly don't think I've heard ANYTHING like it as far as Ayu songs go...
monochrome also comes to mind because the song has a relatively even pace, Ayu's voice is soft and a little quiet throughout--and then the way it just abruptly cuts off, as if a plug was pulled or things just came to a screeching halt, always struck me as something really... well, different I guess.
talkin' 2 myself, Connected, alterna, B&D, ourselves and Born to Be... also fit in here, IMHO. I feel like on each album each song was on, they stood out almost like sore thumbs or beacons, but not in a bad way!
