Although I don't expect an acoustic track, I think most of the other remix styles will be represented. (I liked the acoustic mixes personally though).

Although club music fell out of favor here in Japan for a little while, recently, remixes have been doing pretty well again. This fall, DJ Kaori's album was very popular, esp. in the area I'm living in. (Hokkaido) Daishi Dance also put out an album recently called "Melodies Melodies" and I am currently in love with it. I saw it promoted heavily at the CD rental shop, so I think that Daishi Dance is also gaining some popularity.

About ayu-mi-x 5: I think maybe some people were put off of ayu-mi-x because ayu-mi-x 4 was mainly a "best of" and had relatively little in the way of new remix material. This must have disappointed some fans (I know it disappointed me) who already owned the other ayu-mi-x albums and may have caused some people to care less when RMX works came out. Also put into perspective that part of the reason behind ayu-mi-x 5's poor sales was copy protection. All of the RMX works albums were copy protected, and for many potential buyers, this could have been a turn off.

The track I am most looking forward to
HEAVEN (DAISHI DANCE remix)
Most of Daishi Dance's work is piano heavy and I think the song and the remix style will match nicely!

I will be the first one at the local CD shop when these come out...

I second the Daishi Dance mix! I saw him live a few weeks ago and he was great. His collobarations are fantastic, too (working with Cold Feet, or Lori Fine from Cold Feet).
