i always figured that if JEWEL was released as a single then it would've gotten a different treatment. the piano is nice and simple and it fits perfectly into the Secret album (like teddy bear with Duty), but at the same time i think that was just the demo version of the song. if it was gonna be a single, then ayu probably would've given it the standard winter ballad treatment with more band instruments and a louder chorus (No way to say, CAROLS, Heaven for example)... then JEWEL would've blended with the rest of them. if this was true then i guess it's a good thing, this makes JEWEL that more special, but at the same time i would've liked to have an instrumental for this song... partially cuz then someone could utagoe this and we'd get a right and proper vocal track haha. and yeah 1 LOVE would've been paired up with it of course... and that's just perfect IMO so i have nothing to say for that haha
